I’m Scott Ehlers, the proud owner of Reiff Management Solutions. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

Before getting into direct marketing, I worked as a service manager for a heating company for nine years and as a supervisor at UPS for another nine years. I was actively looking for an opportunity to grow without a ceiling on my success, leading me to the business one year ago. I recently started Reiff Management Solutions.

Since establishing my business, what has changed, you ask? The amount of revenue that our form of acquisition drives for all of our clients is now invaluable to their operations. In just a few years, the growth of the business has been so vast, and the want from our client is so great I don’t think there is a better time than the present.

Being able to connect and not only develop but also learn from my people is what I enjoy most. My team makes me a better person every day and holds me accountable because they rely on me. It was always a dream of mine to own my own business, so while I feel a slight sense of accomplishment, I know this is also only the beginning.

My philosophy is to be the hardest worker in the room, have the best intentions for your team, and don’t accept failure. It is not even in the realm of possibility.

Why I’ve been successful

My commitment to developing others, along with a never say die attitude and hard work, sets me apart from others.

I attribute my success to being a student and never being afraid to ask questions.

Every time I have promoted one of my guys to a position of leadership, gave me great pride. Their accomplishments and seeing them grow are definitely the most satisfying to me.

During my downtime

I like to travel and experience new things when I am not at work. I am a very family and friend-oriented person. So anytime I get to spend with them, that’s the option I am taking.

I also believe in giving back to society and, as part of that belief, try to offer better opportunities for individuals that are in less fortunate situations. Youth and afterschool programs where young individuals are taught should be a mainstay in every neighborhood in the country.
